So you want people to know the joy of Jesus? Not sure what to do anymore?

The lights are going on in the Uniting Church as we rediscover our good news and how to share it afresh. Over three consecutive evening sessions, we’ll explore how the Uniting Church can learn to be a servant of the Gospel in changing contexts.

Each night promises to be an engaging and insightful time.

Gospel Yarning Evangelism Conference

15-19 May in Sydney

Gospel Yarning is a cross-cultural gathering on evangelism in the Uniting Church. A great strength of the Uniting Church is our cultural diversity, so we will hear and build up one another in new wisdom for faith-sharing in many different ways. In the recent past, our evangelism has not been strong. We seek to establish the Uniting Church as a servant of the Gospel for our next forty years.
Please pray
In the lead up to The Gospel Yarning Conference from 15-19 May, the Moderator Rev. Myung Hwa Park is encouraging the whole Synod to pray for this event. If you would like to join with the Moderator to pray, from next week Synod will be sending information about where you can meet and pray with the Moderator. Each week Synod will send out a prayer in a different language. For updates go to facebook page www.facebook.com/gospelyarning/
